Listening Skills: Developing effective listening skills and understanding the importance of attentive listening in communication.

Verbal and Non-verbal Communication: Exploring both verbal and non-verbal aspects of communication, including body language and facial expressions.

Public Speaking: Mastering the art of public speaking through techniques such as voice modulation, confidence-building, and engaging the audience.

Questioning Skills: Learning to ask the right questions to gather information and engage in meaningful conversations.

Written Communication: Enhancing written communication skills through formal letter writing, email etiquette, and assertiveness in communication.

Reading Habits: Cultivating reading habits in both fiction and non-fiction genres to improve comprehension and broaden knowledge.

Debates and Extempore: Engaging in debates, extempore speeches, and Just-A-Minute (JAM) sessions to improve impromptu speaking skills.

Self-Analysis: Reflecting on personal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats through SWOT analysis and mental models.

Personal Grooming: Understanding the importance of visual image and grooming, including attire, accessories, and grooming standards for business settings.

Motivation: Exploring internal and external sources of motivation to enhance personal development and achieve goals effectively.

Group Discussion, Personal Interview, and Presentation Skills

Group Discussion (GD): Understanding the dynamics of group discussions, including body language, preparation strategies, evaluation criteria, and effective communication during GD sessions. Conducting and Practicing MOCK GD

Personal Interview (PI): Preparing for personal interviews by mastering common interview questions, practicing good body language, organizing documents, and presenting oneself confidently. Conducting and Practicing MOCK PI

Presentation Skills: Developing effective presentation skills, including preparation, slide creation, storytelling techniques, audience engagement, and refining presentation delivery for general and subject-specific topics.

Resume Writing and Career Development

Resume Making: Understanding the components of a resume, formatting guidelines, and common mistakes to avoid. Exploring LinkedIn and Naukri for networking and career opportunities.

Cover Letters: Learning key components and guidelines for writing effective cover letters to accompany resumes.

Career Statement: Crafting a career statement to articulate career goals and aspirations.
