Unit I: 
Internship Programme

A. Internship Report:

Documenting experiences, tasks, and learning outcomes during the internship period.

Reflecting on challenges, achievements, and personal growth during the internship.

Analyzing the relevance of theoretical knowledge to practical application in the internship setting.

Providing recommendations for improvement or areas of further study based on the internship experience.

 

B. Presentation:

Delivering a presentation summarizing the internship experience, including key activities, projects, and insights gained.

Demonstrating effective communication skills and professionalism during the presentation.

Using visual aids, such as slides or posters, to enhance the presentation and engage the audience.

Responding to questions and feedback from the audience regarding the internship experience.

 

C. Viva-Voce:

Participating in an oral examination to discuss and elaborate on the internship report and presentation.

Responding to questions from examiners to demonstrate understanding and critical thinking related to the internship experience.

Articulating insights, lessons learned, and future implications of the internship experience.

Engaging in a dialogue with examiners to further explore specific aspects of the internship programme.

 

During II Semester , students will undergo internship training of one month in a library, so that they get to know the working practices, conditions and acquire an in depth technical skills. The student, after the completion of training shall prepare a report and submit it. She will be required to make the presentation of the work followed by viva-voce. The student is also required to get the certificate from the concerned organization/ institution/etc. regarding successful training.
